- Departure Cleaning fee is a one time additional fee for cleaning your apartment after check out

- Additional Cleanings can be booked during the reservation or during your stay

Booking policy for more then 30 days before arrival:

Payments by the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. A non refundable deposit of 50% of the booking total is required.
Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. If balance is not paid 30 days before arrival we have the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 30 more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
